Kaity is the owner/operator of Parallel Nursery in Richmond, VA, and is an ecological horticulturalist with experience in both traditional and native plant care, integrated pest management, & landscape design. She will be providing a brief presentation to help gardeners of all skill level thrive side by side with the wild, and answer any questions about using Virginia native plants in your garden! A selection of sustainably grown native plants from Parallel will be available after the Q+A (10% of proceeds going to cause).

(Case Appointed Special Advocate, a part of S.C.A.N. - Stop Child Abuse Now) has the important task of assigning volunteers to advocate for children, so every child who has experienced abuse or neglect can be safe, have a permanent home and the opportunity to thrive. In partnership with these amazing non-profits, The Veil in Scott’s Addition will be donating a portion of our sales to CASA on March 9 from 6-8. In addition to the giveback, CASA will be set up to discuss their program and speak with any potential patrons who’d like to become a member. Come join us and support these local heroes.
